Delivery Policy
Thank you for selecting Thesgdream! We dispatch all orders using USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL and will promptly furnish you with a tracking number via email once your order is in transit.

Processing and Delivery Timeframe 
Typically, orders take 7-10 business days to process for delivery within the United States. During peak periods, there may be slight delays due to increased order volumes. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping disruptions, such as those related to COVID-19, holiday seasons, or inclement weather, may impact your estimated delivery timeframe.

Tracking Your Shipment
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
